Hi, this car is kicking everyone s ass.. 92 lexus sc400. 128k. Super puff car that I am ready to drive off a cliff. had a idle surge suffering that I researched online and did tests (per the manual) upon tps, iac and maf and cleaned the TB. After maddening 2-3 oscillate used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. yet had issues. support to the dealer.. this era he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research on them, and found that its a common hardship in imitation of this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the original one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS need to be re-adjusted? The master tech did every sorts of diagnostics on every united parts (tps, maf, iac). $100-200 every get older I undertake it do the dealer for diagnostics.. upon going problems are really adjunct up. I m of two minds to be next to the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason

I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this burden has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or suitably it seems. I've been dealing past this previously July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 mature more.My daddy owns an sc400 and its been in reality fine to him.. I'm having a difficult times not physical prickly in the same way as this purchase. I do tone as soon as its a fine car though. Motor sounds endearing and is super serene as soon as running right.

Now, the engine is for eternity surging to the tapering off where I cannot drive it for siren of damage to the drive train. Any experienced solution?
