This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any ventilate dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and thus not compensated for and can lean the engine out and can along with allow the engine to rev in the works similar to not desired causing harsh running. As its a mechanical aberration it tends not to twist on the malformation light and you can sometimes listen a hissing noise when the engine running.

I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. with I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs gruff and at 850ish. I can unaccompanied guess that my additional rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much rule in the interchange of rpm though? I think it single-handedly adjusts it on the order of 1k..
Hello the TPS does have an effect on switching the car into idle mode in view of that I'd suggest to create positive the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly stranded subsequent to carbon. and after that familiarize the TPS as a result that the IDL pin is continuous to the E2 attach next the throttle is closed, and entry circuit next the throttle is just cracked. Don't bother practically any voltages, the IDL edit is the in fact important one.
