Hi, this car is kicking everyone s ass.. 92 lexus sc400. 128k. Super spread around car that I am ready to steer off a cliff. had a idle surge pain that I researched online and did tests (per the manual) on tps, iac and maf and cleaned the TB. After irritating 2-3 alternative used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. yet had issues. put up to to the dealer.. this become old he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research on them, and found that its a common misery in imitation of this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the original one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS compulsion to be re-adjusted? The master tech did every sorts of diagnostics on all linked parts (tps, maf, iac). $100-200 every grow old I say yes it reach the dealer for diagnostics.. on going problems are in point of fact toting up up. I m undecided to be next to the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason

I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this difficulty has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or appropriately it seems. I've been dealing similar to this previously July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 period more.My father owns an sc400 and its been in point of fact good to him.. I'm having a difficult times not mammal barbed past this purchase. I pull off character later its a fine car though. Motor sounds attractive and is super mild in the manner of presidency right.
