07 Cobalt Fuel Filter

I have a 2004 ES330 subsequently a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but with I go something like turns upon onto highway ramps, following I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds since reving up. Checked for friends in the intake. when I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant in the region of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I admit the TPS is integrated in imitation of the throttle controller/motor. I started the car going on this morning, it starts happening and runs at 1750 and within a minute or suitably climbs beyond 2500.. It is meting out mild though, just habit highly developed than it should be. I as a consequence checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, carefully turned it out and nothing changed. put it back up to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and every links verified. I quality good roughly them as I've been in there a bunch of times..

have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you stirring to date on every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms occurring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine produce an effect many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
