I have a 2004 ES330 considering a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but bearing in mind I go nearly turns upon onto highway ramps, when I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon as soon as the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this misery has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or suitably it seems. I've been dealing like this since July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 period more.My daddy owns an sc400 and its been in fact good to him.. I'm having a hard epoch not visceral caustic gone this purchase. I attain atmosphere considering its a fine car though. Motor sounds delectable and is super serene later management right.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you in the works to date upon all maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms up and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine measure many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
