Commercial Wiring Flouresent Lights

I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but subsequently I go something like turns on onto highway ramps, subsequently I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon like the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. This is a drive-by-wire model consequently it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I assume the TPS is integrated taking into account the throttle controller/motor. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the freshen flow meter and said it was good. subsequent to I unplug it and run the motor, the car runs scratchy and at 850ish. I can forlorn guess that my extra rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much govern in the substitute of rpm though? I think it unaided adjusts it nearly 1k..
