This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any ventilate dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and appropriately not compensated for and can lean the engine out and can afterward permit the engine to rev in the works later not desired causing scratchy running. As its a mechanical oddity it tends not to point upon the fault open and you can sometimes hear a hissing noise subsequent to the engine running.

Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more practically the problem history. It currently has a master tech endorsed idle ventilate direct valve and tps installed. without distressing anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
considering I begin the car, the engine surges in the works together with 1200 and 2000 rpm back up and forth. I changed the IAC and the TPS next no change in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this same issue. Prior to this I would have to familiarize the idle speed screw to degrade the rpm and it would support for a while. Now, the engine is constantly surging to the reduction where I cannot steer it for siren of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
