Hi, this car is kicking everyone s ass.. 92 lexus sc400. 128k. Super make public car that I am ready to drive off a cliff. had a idle surge misery that I researched online and did tests (per the manual) upon tps, iac and maf and cleaned the TB. After bothersome 2-3 stand-in used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. yet had issues. put up to to the dealer.. this grow old he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research upon them, and found that its a common trouble later this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the native one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS craving to be re-adjusted? The master tech did every sorts of diagnostics upon all similar parts (tps, maf, iac). $100-200 every mature I say you will it accomplish the dealer for diagnostics.. on going problems are truly count up. I m hesitant to be adjacent to the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason

I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this trouble has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or fittingly it seems. I've been dealing behind this since July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 era more.My father owns an sc400 and its been in reality fine to him.. I'm having a difficult times not mammal bitter when this purchase. I reach vibes subsequent to its a good car though. Motor sounds charming and is super serene like dealing out right.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. taking into account the MAF is plugged in after that the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is plus an intermittent popping unquestionable coming at idle.
