This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any air dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and as a result not compensated for and can thin the engine out and can along with permit the engine to rev up following not desired causing uncompromising running. As its a mechanical deviation it tends not to point upon the aberration light and you can sometimes hear a hissing noise behind the engine running.

I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the air flow meter and said it was good. taking into consideration I unplug it and govern the motor, the car runs uncompromising and at 850ish. I can abandoned guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much control in the interchange of rpm though? I think it single-handedly adjusts it in the region of 1k..
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you going on to date upon every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms going on and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine proceed many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
