It currently has a master tech qualified idle air control valve and tps installed. without disturbing anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would direct in the car without this symptom.

once I start the car, the engine surges taking place along with 1200 and 2000 rpm urge on and forth. I tainted the IAC and the TPS similar to no fine-tune in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this similar issue. Prior to this I would have to adapt the idle quickness screw to humiliate the rpm and it would support for a while. Now, the engine is until the end of time surging to the lessening where I cannot drive it for siren of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
