This could be an airleak after the airflow meter, any air dragged in here isn t seen by the ECU and appropriately not compensated for and can lean the engine out and can plus allow the engine to rev happening gone not desired causing unfriendly running. As its a mechanical deformity it tends not to outlook upon the fault lively and you can sometimes hear a hissing noise when the engine running.

Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a little more about the pain history. It currently has a master tech endorsed idle ventilate control valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would rule in the car without this symptom.
like I start the car, the engine surges occurring surrounded by 1200 and 2000 rpm help and forth. I changed the IAC and the TPS past no fiddle with in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this same issue. Prior to this I would have to adapt the idle speed screw to demean the rpm and it would keep for a while. Now, the engine is until the end of time surging to the point where I cannot steer it for buzzer of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
