I have a 2004 ES330 in the same way as a hestitation problem. This is a drive-by-wire model in view of that it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I tolerate the TPS is integrated taking into consideration the throttle controller/motor. I started the car stirring this morning, it starts stirring and runs at 1750 and within a minute or in view of that climbs higher than 2500.. It is processing smooth though, just pretension higher than it should be. I as well as checked the throttle screw plate/return screw, carefully turned it out and nothing changed. put it back to exactly where it was. No vacuum leak sounds and all links verified. I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. taking into consideration the MAF is plugged in later the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is then an intermittent popping solid coming at idle.
