If the engine rev s in the works you ve found your leak.

Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a little more not quite the suffering history. It currently has a master tech credited idle expose rule valve and tps installed. without moving anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would govern in the car without this symptom.
gone I start the car, the engine surges taking place along with 1200 and 2000 rpm incite and forth. I misrepresented the IAC and the TPS following no change in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this same issue. Prior to this I would have to familiarize the idle enthusiasm screw to subjugate the rpm and it would hold for a while. Now, the engine is at all times surging to the dwindling where I cannot steer it for radio alarm of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
