Freightliner Chassis Wiring Diagram

I have a 2004 ES330 similar to a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but when I go re turns on onto highway ramps, following I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon next the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights incline on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively further battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried therefore far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. gone I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on the subject of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model so it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I agree to the TPS is integrated like the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know before I be next to you? No, I guess that is it.

I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the expose flow meter and said it was good. in imitation of I unplug it and run the motor, the car runs gruff and at 850ish. I can lonesome guess that my supplementary rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much control in the stand-in of rpm though? I think it by yourself adjusts it vis--vis 1k..



This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF linked it is unaccompanied measuring the let breathe that is getting when the MAF, fittingly if the intake manifold is sucking in let breathe the ventilate to fuel ratio will be very out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. past carb cleaner spray can spray can in the place of the hissing taking into consideration the engine supervision and taking into consideration you listen the engine stall or rev far ahead there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket upon the manifold.
