Wiring Underfloor Heating

I have a 2004 ES330 subsequently a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but considering I go concerning turns upon onto highway ramps, later I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon gone the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. similar to I unplug it and direct the motor, the car runs brusque and at 850ish. I can lonesome guess that my new rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the alternative of rpm though? I think it forlorn adjusts it vis--vis 1k..

behind I start the car, the engine surges happening between 1200 and 2000 rpm incite and forth. I misrepresented the IAC and the TPS behind no change in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this same issue. Prior to this I would have to adapt the idle readiness screw to lower the rpm and it would hold for a while. Now, the engine is at all times surging to the narrowing where I cannot steer it for alarm clock of damage to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
