Hi, this car is kicking everyone s ass.. 92 lexus sc400. 128k. Super promote car that I am ready to steer off a cliff. had a idle surge pain that I researched online and did tests (per the manual) upon tps, iac and maf and cleaned the TB. After infuriating 2-3 every second used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. nevertheless had issues. support to the dealer.. this times he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research upon them, and found that its a common burden following this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the original one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS infatuation to be re-adjusted? The master tech did every sorts of diagnostics upon every similar parts (tps, maf, iac). $100-200 every grow old I acknowledge it realize the dealer for diagnostics.. upon going problems are really tally up. I m unsure to be adjacent to the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason

I bought it in July, drove it house from LA (to Utah), and the problems started hurriedly after I got it home.Any further put up to you can provide is appreciated. I don't know what else to pull off but take on it back to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman working upon it at the dealer, but I yet air its pushed to the back as its obsolete and everyone loses in this situation.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. like the MAF is plugged in next the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is along with an intermittent popping sealed coming at idle.
