I have a 2004 ES330 once a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but with I go roughly speaking turns upon onto highway ramps, past I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon subsequently the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the freshen flow meter and said it was good. bearing in mind I unplug it and govern the motor, the car runs rude and at 850ish. I can lonesome guess that my further rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much rule in the alternative of rpm though? I think it solitary adjusts it a propos 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. in the same way as the MAF is plugged in after that the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is next an intermittent popping hermetic coming at idle.
