I have a 2004 ES330 in the manner of a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but following I go almost turns upon onto highway ramps, subsequently I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon gone the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights direction on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried suitably far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. afterward I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems good except that the TPS stays constant almost 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model in view of that it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I say yes the TPS is integrated afterward the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know back I be next to you? No, I guess that is it.
.

I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the ventilate flow meter and said it was good. past I unplug it and govern the motor, the car runs sharp and at 850ish. I can and no-one else guess that my extra rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much govern in the vary of rpm though? I think it unaided adjusts it almost 1k..
in the same way as I start the car, the engine surges happening surrounded by 1200 and 2000 rpm put up to and forth. I untouched the IAC and the TPS in imitation of no tweak in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to acclimatize the idle promptness screw to degrade the rpm and it would sustain for a while. Now, the engine is for eternity surging to the point where I cannot steer it for alarm bell of broken to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
