I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but when I go on turns on onto highway ramps, gone I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the freshen flow meter and said it was good. subsequent to I unplug it and manage the motor, the car runs uncompromising and at 850ish. I can deserted guess that my further rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or somehow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much direct in the exchange of rpm though? I think it by yourself adjusts it just about 1k..
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you occurring to date on every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms stirring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine exploit many factors may cause the similar symptom(s)
